and fiscal year &V3& is not consistent: the reconstruction process
involves posting data that is relevant to at least one budget address
assigned to a funds center (&V4&), which is not included in the list of
selected funds centers.
The reconstruction process can only consider posting addresses and
budget addresses which are assigned to the <ZH>same list of funds
centers</>.
