Was verursacht dieses Problem?

The transaction data was incompletely transferred from the rail
reservation system to your travel plan.
There are two possible causes:
You did not actually generate any transaction data in the rail
reservation system during the session.
In this case there is no error.
You generated transaction data in the rail reservation system (such as
an online ticket), but this data could not be transferred into the
travel plan or was transferred incompletely.
In this case, proceed as follows:

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Reconnect to the rail reservation system from the travel plan. Check
your data in the reservation system and then return to the travel plan.
This repeats the data transfer process. If this doesn't help, notify
your system administrator.
