You have tried to switch the Decision Service Manager to edit mode.
However, user &v1& is already using the system in edit mode. Therefore,
all other users are restricted to display mode as long as the editing
session of user &v1& is active.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

As long as the editing session of user &v1& is running, you cannot
change the settings that are available in the Decision Service Manager.
However, this does not mean that you cannot deploy services that have
already been defined. The edit mode of the Decision Service Manager is
only related to those activities that are dealing with setting up
managed systems and defining the applications and services to be
deployed. In contrast to that, you can always deploy the already defined
services to a managed system, and you can also access the deployed
source code, as well as the XML representation.
If, however, you want to change the definitions or add additional
functions as services, you have to wait until user &v1& has finished the
editing session.
