&V2& belongs to activity type category 2 (indirect calculation, indirect
allocation). This means that planned quantities are computed using
indirect activity allocation and not manual entry.

The system does not post the activity quantities for cost center &V1&
/activity type &V2& in fiscal year &V3&. If no other characteristics are
planned, for example, capacity or prices<(>,<)> the data record is not
posted.
