The deferral item with the LATEST_DEFITEM flag is not in the largest
reconciliation key in the deferral item table FARR_D_DEFITEM.
Example
The performance obligation POB1 has three deferral items corresponding
to three consecutive periods. The periods can be seen via the
reconciliation key. Two of the deferral items have the latest entry
flag. This is incorrect because only the deferral item with the
reconciliation key corresponding to the most advanced period must have
the latest entry flag.
