When checking for the HANA version the HANA server has not been reached,
or has not been able to react.
In most cases this is a connectivity issue. The database connection "
&v1&" to the HANA server is not set up correctly, or the HANA server is
unavailable.

Please check the HANA connection.
The HANA connection can for example be checked via the ESH connectivity
configuration report ESH_ADM_SET_TREX_DESTINATION "Set the RFC
Destination to TREX or DB Connection to HANA".
Execute "Connection Test" in the toolbar of this report.
