You attempted to set an active TOU formula to inactive even though the
formula is already being used in a TOU interface.
You can only use active formulas in a time-of-use interface. You can
only change the name and the notes of active formulas. To change the
input or output parameters, or to delete the formula, you first have to
set the status to inactive. This is only possible if the formula is not
being used in an interface.
