The line command MOVE BLOCK determines the size and direction of the
shift in the text from the cursor position:
<LS>Shift size = distance</> between the cursor and the first character
in the line that is not empty.
A shift takes place to the left if the cursor is placed to the left of
the first character that is not empty, otherwise to the right.
