Was verursacht dieses Problem?

A selection list of menus is not displayed. You cannot use the menus to
be copied or referenced because they are nested too deeply.
The nesting depth is equal to the sum of the longest path length for
the menu into which you want to insert and also to the longest path
length from the menu to be inserted.
Collisions can occur in several situations. For example, suppose that
the menu MEN1 to be inserted contains another menu MEN2 that consists
only of function codes. This menu is to be inserted into a menu MEN0
that is used in the menu bar. However, MEN0 is also used in another
menu bar at level 2. Since the nesting would be too deep in the second
menu bar, the insert is rejected.
Path length MEN0 = 2
Path length MEN1 = 2
2 + 2 > 3.

If, with reference to the above example, you still wanted to insert
MEN1 into MEN0, you could use a copy of MEN0 in the second menu bar.
This would allow you to insert MEN1 into MEN0. The copy in the second
menu bar would then, of course, not contain the cascading menu MEN1.
