'&v1&' file is not processed.
When starting IDoc inbound processing, '&v2&' port was transferred.
This port is defined so that the file is expected in Unicode format.
The 'EDI_DC40_U' indicator was therefore expected in the control
record, but 'EDI_DC40' is there instead.
