You have not yet maintained any technical settings for your table.
There should be an entry in the technical settings for each transparent
table in the ABAP/4 Dictionary. This entry is used to compute the
physical storage requirements when the table is created in the
database.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Maintain the technical settings. Make definitions at least for the
<LS>Data class</> and <LS>Size category</> fields.
Pressing the F1 help key gives you a description of the meaning of
these fields (set cursor to the field and press F1 function key). You
can display the possible entries by pressing the F4 help key.
"Back" calls the table activation program. It also activates the
technical settings.
