update structure. However, the predecessor phase from
<LS>PREDECESSOR_PHASE_GUID</> cannot be used for one of the following
reasons:
The GUID &V1& does not exist
The GUID &V1& does not represent a phase
The GUID &V1& is not referenced to a phase in the current project
