The attributes of the report &V1& (logical database access routine)
contain the screen number &V2& as a model screen. This means that the
selection screen of all programs with the logical database &V4& (and
thus also the program &V3&) should be generated from the model screen
&V2& of the program &V1&, but this screen does not exist.
