When an index is created, the storage paramters, for example
tablespace and extent size, must be derived from the technical settings.
The assignment tables IG<dbsys> and IA<dbsys> are used here, where
<dbsys> is the three-character ID for the database system. The entries
are provided by SAP and normally should not be deleted or changed
manually.
