D4013 - Overview

Was verursacht dieses Problem?

Possible causes are:
The DB Monitor was started/ended in another mySAP ERP session
or on OS/400 level or
The OS/400 job QSYSWRK/R3RMTDB is not running or
The user profile is not authorized to use the object QBFCSETP.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

1. Hit the REFRESH button on ST04's main screen.
If the DB2/400 Monitor button is changed the problem is solved.
If the problem persists check for the other problem causes.
2. Check job QSYSWRK/R3RMTDB:
Log on to the iSeries as user <SID>OFR.
Enter the command WRKACTJOB and scroll down until you get to the
subsystem QSYSWRK; a job R3RMTDB should be listed to be running in this
subsystem.
If it is not listed issue the command STARTSAP *DB.
3. Check object authorization:
Log on to the iSeries as QSECOFR.
Check the authorization of the object QBFCSETP with the command
DSPOBJAUT OBJ(QBFCSETP) OBJTYPE(*PGM).
If the entry R3SERVER *USE is missing change the object authorazation
with the command GRTOBJAUT OBJ(QBFCSETP) OBJTYPE(*PGM) USER(R3SERVER)
AUT(*USE).
