An internal program error has occurred.
Method &V2& of net calculation document (NCD) buffer class &V1& has been
called with the wrong parameters. The importing parameter &V3& contains
an entry for the attribute <LS>ItemID</>. This is not supported. Items
are always assigned a new <LS>ItemId</>.
