In the Agent Inbox you are searching for Workflows with an Object ID
that contains alphabetic characters or wildcard.

Systemantwort

A warning is given, that the Object ID has to be numeric for Workflows.
No search will be conducted for Workflows, as no results can be obtained
with a faulty Object ID.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Do not use alphabetic characters and/or wildcard when searching for
Workflows. Only numbers are allowed. Use a category to limit your
search. When searching without category, all possible categories will be
used in background. Thereby it can happen, that you find a result with
the given Object ID for a certain category (example: search with
wildcard for 1order is allowed and can
bring a result). But as the search is also carried out for all other
possible categories, the info-message is shown.
