plan is no longer synchronized with the distribution billing plan (there
is an active pool linkage).
Changing the start or the end of the billing plan for usage, or changing
the periodicity leads to inconsistencies for an active pool linkage. The
following must be guaranteed for a pool linkage:
<ZU>A. Aggregate pool contract</>
The periods in the usage billing plan must be identical to the periods
in the aggregate contract.
The periods in the usage billing plan must be identical to the periods
in the distribution billing plan.
<ZU>B. Single pool contract</>
The periods in the usage billing plan must be synchronized with the
periods in the aggregate contract.
The periods in the distribution billing plan must be identical to the
periods in the single pool billing plan.
