credential assignments</> was called in simulation mode. The only
difference between simulation mode and production run is that <ZH>no</>
(internal) numbers are assigned and the assignments are <ZH>not</>
updated on the database.
You should use simulation mode if you wish to check that the assignments
to be created are correct from a system point of view and can thus be
written on the database.
