Was verursacht dieses Problem?

You are attempting to change the header unit for an operation set which
can be referenced. However, this is not allowed because the units of
the operation set being referred to and the units of the referenced
operation set must be the same.
The units must be the same because the standard values of the
operations are related to an operation unit of measure and a conversion
factor which show the relationship between operation unit of measure
and header unit.
