Was verursacht dieses Problem?

The files of directory &V1&&V2&&V3& could be deleted, however the
directory itself could not.
The reason is most likely that the converter has switched to this
driectory (or a subdirectory of it) and therefore in locked it for the
operating system.

You can safely delete these directories as needed.
