Was verursacht dieses Problem?

The transfer structure for the selected object is not active. Transfer
structures can be deactivated if you make changes but save them without
activating. Another cause may be that the DataSource assigned to the
transfer structure has been replicated. After replicating DataSources,
the transfer structure should be reactivated.
An object with this status can cause errors when data is loaded. When
importing transfer rules in the A version that reference the transfer
structure or InfoSource, the process might abort.
