Processing a configurable product requires the existence of a set of
master data called a knowledge base. No knowledge base was found for the
given parameter logsys = &1, product_id = &2, product_type
= &3 and kb_date = &4.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Perform the following checks to see if a knowledge base for your product
is available in the system:
1. Go to transaction se16.
2. Search for entries in table COMM_CFGOCLASS with object_name =
&2.
3. Note the KBID.
4. Search for entries in table COMM_CFGKB with the KBID from the
previous step.
5. Does the field logsys correspond to the &1?
6. Is the field fromdate less than or equal to &4?
7. Is the knowledge base released? Status = 0
8. Is the field active = 'T'?
Depending on the logical system of the product , there are two ways to
create knowledge bases . If the logical system is an ECC system, you
need to maintain the required master data for product configuration
(characteristics, classes, dependencies). You can do this with
transaction pme_vc. Then you need to create a knowledge base runtime
object out of this master data, using transaction cu34, and download
this runtime version to the CRM system via CRM Middleware.
If the logical system is a CRM system, you can create a knowledge base
from the product master in the "configuration models". Note that you
have to release knowledge bases by setting an appropriate status, and
activate changes with "apply changes".
