A potential root cause of this error is missing authorizations. If an
authorization is missing, worklist items are <ZH>not </>deleted.
In order to execute the PCL activity <ZK>Reset Test Run</> you need to
have the respective authorization. Furthermore you need to have
authorization to delete a worklist item.
