element was detected. This happens for example when secondary cost
elements will be merged, but the mapping only contains a part of the
source secondary cost elements.
To avoid unwanted merges, you must specify mapping values for all the
source values of the target secondary cost element. The key of the
target is stored in the context of this message.
You cannot run the transformation solution Controlling Area Merge
because certain prerequisites have not been met. Please change your
mapping accordingly.
