For the cost center &V1&, a text mapping for the language &V2& and the
validity period &V3& has been stored. However no corresponding entry
for writing the new cost center texts exists in the system in the table
CSKT.

Check the existing validity periods for the cost center (in transaction
KS03) or the entries in the table CSKT and change the text mapping for
