leading zeros.
Numeral with leading zeroes: &V2&
Numeral without leading zeroes: &V3&
Currently table field &V1& has the routine ACCOUNT_CONVERT_20100
assigned. However this routine does not convert numerals without leading
zeros.
In a previous execution of the corresponding troubleshooting
functionality, the routine was confirmed
