&V2&), but the <ZK>Country</> indicator for implementing the
country-specific chart of accounts is not set.
The content of the field 'CtryCoA' will be ignored, which means that no
country-specific chart of accounts will be implemented.
Make sure that you did not simply forget to set the indicator.
