Table &V1& is already inlucded in the package &V2&. If it is not
visible on the list of tables it may mean, that the (implicitly or
explicitely) set filters make this table invisible to you.
It is possible that you are trying to add a table which was deliverd in
the conversion package, and as such - it is not shown on the list of
tables, because it is not modifiable.
