Optimization: Exclude fields which are also excluded from split
This optimization step checks for all table fields which are converted
in the controlling area merge (current package) if there has also been
a conversion in the controlling area split package before.
If a field has been set explicitly to NOTUSE='X' in the split then this
field will also be excluded from merge. For fields which are not
existing in CNVFIELDS for the split no changes are performed for the
merge.
