Optimization: Convert fields from split package also in merge package
This optimization step checks if all table fields which are converted
in the split are also existing in CNVFIELDS to be converted in the
merge.
If the field is not existing in CNVFIELDS for the merge then an error
message is printed because the field has to be entered with an
applicable conversion routine into CNVFIELDS. If the field is existing
in CNVFIELDS but with NOTUSE='X' then the flag is changed to NOTUSE='
'.
