Was verursacht dieses Problem?

The table &V1& contains both key and non-key fields which are relevant
for the conversion. In that case you should bear in mind that the values
of the fields in the data part, that will not be aggregated, will be
taken from the table entry which is already in the database. For this
reason the value of the converted field depends on the order of
processing of the table entries.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

To have a full control over what is written to the database the priority
routine should be defined for this table.
