You want to migrate a location that has an assigned person. However, the
assigned person cannot be found in the target system. The assigned
person either does not exist in the target system or has a different ID.

target system.

Ensure that the same person data exists in the target system. You can
either create a person entry in the HR system of the target system or
create an RFC connection to the HR system used by the source system.
