<ZK>Change Tasks</> (PFTC_CHG) and execute the menu entry under
<ZK>Additional data -> Agent assignment -> Maintain</>.
You can add either roles, users, or other HR objects to the list of
possible agents or you can click the <ZK>Attributes</> button and
classify the task as general task, so that every system user gets the
task to execute.
