This monitoring tree element (MTE) displays the measurement of the CPU
utilization by the process of the relevant server node, averaged over 30
seconds. The value is specified in CPUs, meaning that, for example, a
value of one would mean that precisely one CPU of the host is fully
utilized by the server process. The percentage of the entire processing
capacity of a host used by the server process in this example depends on
the total number of CPUs on this host.
