Was verursacht dieses Problem?

With the selected process message, the operation or phase status &V1& is
reported to the destination &V2& (address COCI_CONFIRM_OPERATION).
However, the status &V1& is not created in the system.
The destination &V2& cannot process the message. It cannot create a
corresponding confirmation.

If the message has not yet been sent to another destination, correct it

necessary.
