The standard function modules for the measurement of HR naster records
are not completely installed in the system. That is, some of the
function modules were found, some were not.
These function modules are:
CALCULATE_HR_PA_EE
CALCULATE_HR_PA_EE_EQU
CALCULATE_HR_PD_EE_EQU
This is only an error if a Release up to and including 4.6A is used and
the HR module is implemented in the system. As of Release 4.6B, a new
function module is used for the measurement of HR master records.

not reliable.
