The system has tried to create a project in the Solution Manager.
Therefore, in class CL_SPROJECT_HTML_SCOPING of the Solution Manager
implementation the method CREATE_PROJECT requires the parameter I_RM_T.
This parameter is shipped with SAP note 1431950 and previoulsy not
available in the Solution Manager. But currently, this required SAP note
is not installed in the system.
