R3TR SOTR <packet name> for short texts
R3TR SOTS <packet name> for long texts
The TADIR entry is created when the first text is created in a packet.
If there is still no TADIR entry in any system, the entry must first be
created in the
original system (of the packet).
An internal error has occurred while checking for the existence of a
TADIR entry.
