For processing parallel RFCs, the system searched for an application
server on which an RFC can be executed. Here it was established that
none of the application servers currently have any free resources. This
is a temporary problem.

There are several ways to solve the problem:
Wait until the resources are available again
Increase the number of dialog work processes on the application servers
that are used for processing parallel RFCs
Install additional application servers on your system or include
additional application servers in the server group that is responsible
for processing parallel RFCs (see transaction RZ12).
