could not be reported.

the external program, this job was cancelled.
The following responses are possible:
Examine the log of the involved job. It may report the cause of the
error.
You can also examine the system log. It should also contain messages
regarding the cause of the error. In particular, look for messages
referring to CPI-C problems.
