You should contact your system administrator.

You should correct the programming that uses the graphics proxy. You
can find out which ports and which attribute bundles are available for
a graphics proxy from the documentation for the specific graphics
proxy.
You should make sure that the attribute bundle that has been assigned
implements the interface IF_CUSTOMIZING. The graphics proxy needs the
interface in order to determine the attribute bundle category.
