Appropriation request &V1& is supposed to use the same coding mask for
the appropriation request number as project definition &V2&. However,
this project definition no longer exists.
This error should not occur.

Contact your system administrator for a more detailed analysis of the
problem. That person has to check if the project definition was deleted
or reorganized by mistake.
