Check whether the values for the name format and the country are
correct.
If they are correct, contact your system adminstrator, who can then make
the relevant modifications in Customizing.

Vorgehensweise für Systemadministratoren

In Customizing, the system administrator must call transaction SA13 for
the relevant client and define the name format &V1& for the country &V2&
Example: If HR data is being transferred from an R/3 system to a CRM
system, the name formats in CRM must match the HR name formats in the
R/3 system (same key, same formatting).
