required for billing the <DS:DE.MAININST>primary installation</>. The
billing order of the secondary installation &v1& is simulated with the
<DS:DE.ABRDATS>scheduled billing date</> &v2& and the
<DS:DE.ABRVORG>billing transaction</> &v3&. The consumption values and
the amounts are taken from the simulation document. However, the
simulation document is outsorted.
