The permissible maintenance period results from the view you have chosen
for maintaining facts. For example, if you have chosen a view that
displays only the facts for the contract that is currently valid, then
the permissible maintenance period is also restricted to this validity
period.

choose a fact maintenance view with a period that contains the date you
need (for example, all facts).
