The authorization concept of the SAP - ABAP/4 Dictionary checks the
authorization according to the following criteria:
i) authorization to execute a certain action
ii) authorization to process a certain object type (e.g.
TABL or INDX etc... )
iii) authorization to process objects assigned to a certain development
class.
