An inactive nametab does not exist for this table. During activation,
runtime objects (nametabs) are written, in which the information stored
in the ABAP/4 Dictionary is stored in edited form.

During upgrading, so-called inactive nametabs are written. These are
only converted into active nametabs after the whole process of mass
activation has terminated. This ensures that the productive system
remains executable during mass activation.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

No action is necessary. Inactive nametabs generally only exist in
special cases, e.g. after an upgrade.
