Was verursacht dieses Problem?

Objects from the development environment are not imported with the
status active when updating takes place. Run-time objects (nametabs) for
ABAP/4 Dictionary objects or loads for programs or screens are not
generated immediately, but in a delayed run.
This can be entered as the option 'inactive nametab' in the mass
activator. A C program must then be started to convert the inactive
nametabs to active ones (that are valid for the run-time environment).
