utilization posting is triggered by invoice, either utilization or late
utilization posting is triggered. Which one is triggered depends on the
closing frequency.
When the closing frequency is configured, utilization posting (UP) or
late utiliaztion posting (UL) is supposed to be configured in pair in
posting schemas.
